The purpose of this association shall be:

a. To support and improve athletic programs in Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

b. Improve mutual understanding and promote the best working relationships between the secondary schools in Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

c. To promote a program of interscholastic athletics that will be in harmony with and contribute to the educational philosophies of the secondary schools in Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

d. To develop professional relationships, liaison and channels of communication with organizations and agencies which are sponsoring or regulating athletic programs in the county, state and nation.
